We use this cage for our pet chinchilla and we all love it. It is big, strong, and durable -- yet all the parts fit together so nicely that it is very smooth and easy to use. It did not come with the bottom tray (how could a piece be missing we wondered?) but our call was kindly responded to and a tray was in the mail right away.
Cookie (the chinchilla) is a curious and special pet. We've had a cat, dog, guinea pig, conures (little parrots) and rabbit ... our new chinchie is really special. He is cuddly and active, small and soft, and very clean and fresh. This cage is perfect.
We use towels to cover the hard surfaces and a tube sock to cover the ramp. We needed to add a glass water bottle, a dish for pellets, a dish for timothy hay, a half-shoe box with a door hole, and an oatmeal tube. There's plenty of room for the little guy to bounce around *and* his dust bathhouse fits inside nicely (we put it in every few days for him to roll around in).
We really recommend this cage highly and hope you get it.

This cage is super durable. The locks are very secure I don't have to ever worry about my ferret escaping the cage. It has a blue/grayish color that makes it match with anyting. The wheels make this cage easy to move around and work with. Two large front doors allow full access to the inside of the cage therefore super easy to clean. Great price, [...] Can't beat that. My ferret loves this cage. She has plenty of space to roam, play and sleep.

THIS IS A GREAT CAGE, MY FERRET CAN GET IN AND OUT OF IT ON HER OWN WHEN THE DOOR IS OPEN. IT IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND HAS LOTS OF ROOM. THIS CAGE WAS VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE.

Fantastic cage! I have 2 Ferrets and they really love it. Enough room for food/water bowls and sleeping gear and the litter pans. The store shelf underneath the cage is fantastic aswell.

Unfortunately my Cage was either damaged in the warehouse or during the shipping...some metal bars were bent and a piece of the plastic was broken off from the floor pan :(
I was able to bend the steel bars using a pair of pliers and i covered the broken piece of plastic with a litter pan...but yeah...was very annoyed at that.

My son's four pet rats couldn't be happier in this cage. There's lots of room for accessories and the large doors make it easy to clean. It is worth noting that it is possible for very small/very young rats to fit through the cage bars.

I have two ferrets, both around 4 years old. Up until this cage, they had been housed in a single-level cage. I looked at other multiple-story cages but disliked the cheap plastic and unsafe or cramped conditions they created.
I love this cage because it is impossible for them to shake/rattle their cage door open. It's sturdy and functional, and gives me great peace of mind. It's also a reasonable size and isn't overwhelming.
I also love the fact that it gives them a lot of room to play, they love to climb and jump, without being so awkward or tall it creates a fall hazard.
I also like how the interior of the cage is customizable compared to other multi-story cages, and that the bottom pans are completely removable for cleaning.
The only thing I didn't like is the ramp that goes up to the shelf. The holes between rungs in the ladder, and the holes it leaves when you attach it to the shelf, worried me that their feet might get stuck. It was an easy fix though - I bought some Sherpa and felt from my local fabric store and made a ramp cover in like, 10 minutes. Problem solved :)
This cage is an investment that pays for itself in the first day! My babies are happy and so am I!
